Come join us for our cross-training program; a high intensity, multi-level exercise program. Our program utilizes weightlifting, gymnastic motions, calisthenics, polymeric exercises, track drills, stability work, flexibility and anything physically demanding from skipping rope to pushing cars. Workouts are done in a small group setting to motivate each other and inspire a little friendly competition. Each class will begin with a full body warm up followed by form and technique work that will be used that day, then a high intensity workout lasting anywhere from 10-30 minutes. The finish will include stretching and cooling down and if there is any time left over it will be devoted to improving technique and improving core stability. We set the bar high, demanding results from our clients and we get what we expect, usually surpassing what you thought you were capable of!

 

 

 

Monday: 12:00-1:00pm / 7:00-8:00pm

Tuesday: 9:30-10:30am (WOMEN ONLY)

Wednesday: 12:00-1:00pm / 7:00-8:00pm

Thursday: 9:30-10:30am (WOMEN ONLY)

Friday: 1:00-2:00pm

Saturday: TBA (Depending on weather)

Sunday: 1:00-3:00pm (Advanced Group) / 3:00-4:00pm (WOMEN ONLY)

-         Quality instruction and coaching for any goal from weight management to sports performance; surpassing your average personal trainer.

-         Learn functional motions and build accessible strength that will help with day to day activities and sporting events

-         Increase range of motion and flexibility

-         Build midline stability/spine to pelvis integration, also known as “core strength.”

-         Dropping weights and making loud noises are not frowned upon, we are here to work hard!

-         Ability to have fun and be yourself without ridicule.
